Process

We are positive that you will be happy with your purchase.  But in case you are not, we will accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Items must be in their original packaging, unworn and unused with the original tags still attached (accompanied with proof of purchase).  Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.  Returns outside the 30 day timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of PB Publications Photo & Design and will only be refunded as a store credit to be redeemed online.

How to Return

You are responsible for shipping the item back to PB Publications Photo & Design (unless the item is incorrect or defected).  Pack the return item, along with proof of delivery (invoice or order) in the items original packaging, unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.  Return Address:  PO Box 368, Murray Bridge, SA 5253.

Receipt of Return

Once a return item has been received, your request will be processed within 1-3 working days.  For refunds back to your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
